Our First Project
VERDANT
We are proud to introduce our flagship project, VERDANT, the first ECO village in Cyprus. Located in the serene Souni village in Limassol, VERDANT embodies our commitment to sustainable development. This visionary project combines eco-friendly design with energy-efficient solutions, offering a unique living experience that blends modern comforts with the beauty of nature. VERDANT is more than just a development; it is a community designed to inspire and nurture a sustainable way of life.

Eco-Friendly Construction Materials
The project will incorporate sustainable construction materials to promote environmental responsibility and enhance energy efficiency. Straw bales will be used for walls, offering one of the most cost-effective solutions for thermal and water insulation. Additionally, straw bales present a remarkably low fire risk. Recycled concrete will be utilized for structural fill, driveways, and similar applications, reducing waste and conserving resources. Recycled plastic will serve as material for work surfaces and cupboard doors, promoting reuse and reducing reliance on virgin plastics. The facade of the houses will feature stone and wood, which are environmentally friendly materials that also adds a sense of coziness and warmth to the design
What truly sets VERDANT apart from any other project in Cyprus is the wide range of amenities it offers to its residents, encouraging them to embrace a more active and healthier lifestyle.
